Our ultimate goal is to find a loving home for each stray dog/cat in Muskogee County, so that no animals have to be euthanized.

We seek to reduce unwanted litters and owner surrenders by promoting animal spaying/neutering and responsible pet ownership.

What Can you Do?

• Donate! Your donation will help us decrease the number of strays in NE Oklahoma, and feed and provide veterinary care to many wonderful animals while they await their forever homes. Email us at furbabiesadoptions@gmail.com if you'd like to donate food or other supplies. 
• Follow us on Facebook to hear about upcoming events. 
• Take a pet First Aid/CPR course. Our Facebook page will let you know when we offer those.
• Spay and neuter your pets. There's really no need for another litter with so many animals waiting for a forever home!
• Consider your pets when furnishing your home. Rooms To Go has some helpful tips here.
• Make sure your pets are microchipped! This is a service we offer for a nominal fee at our adoption events. 
• Consider fostering a stray animal that needs a home so it doesn't have to go to the overcrowded animal shelter.
• Volunteer to help at an adoption event or fundraiser. 
• Spread the word about adopting, spaying/neutering, and responsible pet ownership.
• Teach others to show love, kindness and compassion to animals.

Fur Babies is dedicated to finding loving homes for stray and abandoned pets in the Muskogee, Oklahoma area. 

Pet ownership is a life-changing privilege and responsibility! ​

Your donations will be used to promote the welfare of dogs and cats in our area. We are a rescue and also provide low-cost spay and neuter clinics.
